Our 90 m² house, with an additional 17 m² veranda, is located on a private cul-de-sac near the beach (3 km) and forest (1 km). A convenience store is just 200 m away, and a shopping center is a 6-minute drive. The Saint-Jean-de-Monts market (3.6 km, Wednesdays and Saturdays) is also easily accessible. The property is available for rent year-round. In the low season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required; in the high season, weekly rentals only. Charging electric cars is strictly prohibited. The house is non-smoking and parties are not allowed. There are 3 bedrooms with 140/190 double beds, all treated against bedbugs, a folding child’s bed (on request), a travel crib, and a high chair. The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The bright, spacious living room features a panoramic sofa, smart TV, pellet stove, and air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and towel warmer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The attached garage has a washing machine, drying rack, vacuum, steam cleaner, ironing board and iron, foosball table, and barbecue. The veranda offers a dining area for 8 and a small lounge with a bench and armchairs. The fully fenced garden measures 411 m². Guests have access to the entire house. The dryer is available only in winter for long stays; an outdoor clothesline is provided. The house is equipped with an alarm system and motion detectors.
